CMC Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling traces its roots to 1974 as Gleason Plumbing. In 2004, the company’s leadership was shared by Mike Gleason, who served as Vice-President, and Shawn Cadieux, who played a key role in the business. Eventually, Shawn moved on to other ventures, and Mike continued to run the company with a commitment to exceptional workmanship and a personable touch.

In 2015, Mike’s grandson, Dan Gleason, moved back to Michigan to pursue a career in HVAC. Not knowing whether his grandfather would hire him, Dan was ultimately brought on board after some convincing. By 2022, Dan had purchased the company from Mike, who then retired. Today, CMC Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is operated by Dan and his fiancée, Emily, who manages the office. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to make every customer feel like part of the family. We understand the stress plumbing, heating, or cooling issues can cause, and we are committed to going the extra mile to get the job done right.
