COVID-19 UPDATE: WHAT WE ARE DOING TO HELP SLOW THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS.

While we continuously monitor new information and recommendations regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) our primary concern is the safety of our clients and staff. We have implemented the following measures:

  • We ask that if you are not feeling well or are presenting signs or symptoms of COVID-19, that you call and reschedule your non-immediate appointment.

  • During this time, our technicians have stocked their vans with gloves. If you wish, you may request our technicians wear gloves during any service call. Due to the high-demand for sterile masks we ask that customers only request masks if they are at high risk for COVID-19. Our technicians have implemented this in concurrence with our previous sanitary procedures:

    • Always covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or sleeve. ​As well as avoiding touching their eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

    • Increasing our cleaning and disinfecting of frequently used machines, equipment, tools, cell phones, etc. 

    • We recommend our technicians and staff to practice social distancing or to self-quarantine should they exhibit any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Regarding Payments, we are asking our customers to try and pay with a credit or debit card when possible, as cash and checks can easily spread germs. Our technicians will be disinfecting their cell phones/mobile credit card terminal in between all transactions.  (Cash and Checks will still be accepted)

With information from the CDC continuing to update and change, we will reassess and reevaluate what is needed to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time while we will continue to provide you all with excellent service.
